Agriculture courses take you from the farm to the greenhouse to conservation lands or the market place.  Students enrolled in Agriculture courses get the opportunity to apply what they learn to reality through Supervised Agriculture Experiences (agriculture career projects such as placement, livestock, crops, gardening, and job shadowing).
Agriculture students are also eligible to join the FFA Organization and expand their participation in the agricultural field through trips, contests, leadership workshops, and other events held throughout the year.
When students first enter the agriculture program, they are required to take Agriculture Science I, the introductory course to the program. In their second year, they will enroll in Agriculture Science II which builds on the first year course. After they have completed both courses, students may enter into any of the more advanced courses such as horticulture, construction, communications, animal science, and greenhouse.
